Why we exist

Georgian football talent is world-class. It deserves world-class representation.

Playr 99 was founded on a simple but powerful belief — that the gap between Georgian talent and European football isn't about ability. It's about access, representation, and the right connections.

With roots in both Tbilisi and Berlin, we operate at the exact intersection where that gap can be closed. We know both worlds — the Georgian football culture and the European club ecosystem — and we use that dual perspective to give our players a genuine competitive edge.

Our mission is straightforward: get the best Georgian players into the best European leagues, and support them every step of the way.

Co-Founder & FIFA Agent — Tbilisi

After nearly a decade in Germany, Iva made a strategic move back to Georgia — positioning himself at the heart of Georgian football with deep local connections that are impossible to replicate from the outside. As a FIFA licensed agent, he brings the official credentials and the on-the-ground relationships that make deals happen.

With a formal degree in Sports Management and years of experience navigating both the German and Georgian football ecosystems, Iva is the operational core of Playr 99's scouting and representation work.

Nikoloz

Nikoloz

Co-Founder — Berlin

Born in Tbilisi, Nikoloz has spent nearly a decade building his life and career in Berlin. A former professional football player until the age of 17, he brings firsthand understanding of what athletes go through — the ambition, the pressure, and the sacrifice required to compete at the top level.

After transitioning from the pitch, Nikoloz channelled that competitive mindset into business and entrepreneurship, developing a strong background in finance and building a wide network across Europe. He co-founded Playr 99 to bridge the world he grew up in with the one he now operates in.
