Playr 99 was founded in 2025 by Ioane Kariauli and Nikoloz Jvebenava — two partners with a lifelong background in sport, academic training in Business Administration, and almost 10 years of living and working across Europe.
OUR MISSION
Our agency operates primarily in Georgia and across Europe. We exist to connect Georgian athletes with professional opportunities in European markets — giving them the representation, network, and long-term guidance they deserve.
We noticed something: even top sports agencies in Europe often lack strong marketing, branding, and a modern public presence. We're building Playr 99 to be different — operationally rigorous and culturally fluent, with a brand that reflects the ambition of the players we represent.
THE FOUNDERS
Co-founder — Berlin
Former football player with a strong business-oriented mindset. Responsible for building connections in Europe, managing club relationships, and handling negotiations and operations on the European side.
Co-founder — Tbilisi · FIFA Licensed Agent
FIFA-licensed agent with an academic background in Sport Management. Responsible for scouting, identifying, and developing talent in Georgia, and building a strong pipeline of players for international opportunities.
